Flower Tribe

A few weeks ago I got the amazing opportunity to work with an absolutely incredible artist (but more about that in another post) After this I really wanted to create some images that were inspired by the colours and textures of paintings . I hope you like them and i'm starting to get lots of final images back from shoots so prepare for an influx of posts !

Hi all,
Sorry I haven't posted in a while I've had a lot of shoots and i'm currently waiting for the final images back from around six of them . So hopefully i'll have a lot to show you soon. In the meantime here is a couple from a shoot i'm going to post about soon :)

75 Years of Nescafé - Swinging Sixies

A few months ago I got to take part in a very exciting shoot for Nescafé  to celebrate 75 years of Nescafé Original. The shoot took place as Wimbeldon Studios which is giant! When I first arrived I got a little lost but the staff were so lovely and took me where I needed to be . When I got to hair and makeup I was greeted by the renowned celebrity and fashion photographer Joel Anderson and the incredible international makeup and hair artist Nicci Jackson , I could quite believe I was about to work with these amazingly talented people ! But they instantly made me feel at ease as everyone was so down to earth and friendly. Tamzin Dunstone was the other model playing the role of the designer and she was awesome . We instantly clicked and I had so much fun chatting and working with her the whole day. The wonderful vintage clothing was provided by the brilliant and quirky stylist Miss Molly . She has such a fun personality and was a pleasure to work with. The whole shoot was fabulous and i really enjoyed working with everyone on the shoot ! "The limited edition 75th birthday images will be showcased in NESCAFÉ’s key factories around the country including Dalston, York and Tutbury." The images have also received some national coverage in news features.

Black Water

Today I did this quite Gothic shoot , we filled the bath with black paint and it looked awesome ! I'm really happy with how these photos turned out , I hope you like them :)

Vingi Wong

A few weeks ago I got to do the most colourful and crazy shoot ever! Vingi Wong has created some of the most amazing and interesting pieces I have ever seen . She has used vibrant colours , insane shapes and loads of fantastic textures to make these avant-garde pieces. The detail is astounding and I was constantly finding new little features I hadn't seen before . I loved the jelly shoes that Vingi had lovingly decorated to match each separate look ,they were so comfortable I'm definitely going to get some ! All of the pieces were surprisingly comfortable to wear we even sat down for coffee in them. Vingi was so sweet and her passion for designing really comes across when talking to her .

IM Studio are the wonderful photographers for this shoot , they were truly fun to work with , giving brilliant direction and producing these awesome photos. They were so friendly and made this shoot easy and enjoyable .

The lovely Erin Kristensen created these fun and quirky looks , she was so friendly and helpful telling me all about the products she was using . I loved the colours she chose for the lips and the hair really complimented the kooky and cute theme of the garments. Erin was so professional constantly on hand for touch ups and make-up changes doing them quickly but perfectly . I really enjoyed working with her .

Fiona Harrison: Graduate Atelier Designer Collection

 Last month I had the pleasure of working with the most amazing team; the dream team. Fiona Harrison has created some absolutely beautiful pieces with gorgeous flowing shapes and stunning eye catching colours. Fiona's collection was recently showcased at Graduate Fashion week! Upon seeing the garments I couldn't quite believe they had been hand made, they were unreal! Fiona was so lovely and really humble about her immense talent.

The incredible make-up and hair was created and styled by the wonderful Lauren Elle Hards. Lauren was great to work with, giving me awesome tips and advice whilst doing my make-up. She was so friendly and chatty instantly putting me at ease and creating a relaxed atmosphere.

I was over the moon to be working with the one and only queen of photography Rachel Abraham! I always adore her work and because she has such a fun and friendly personality it's like working with an old friend. The day shooting in Islington was fantastic and the whole team clicked instantly. I really can't wait to work with Fiona, Lauren and Rachel again! Here are some of the photos from the shoot, I hope you enjoy :)

Rachel Abraham Photography

Last friday I caught the train to a pretty little village and met up with the very lovely Rachel Abraham and Allana Brinkmann. We drove to a beautiful stone brick church down a tiny overgrown path. After getting set up Allana started on the makeup and as I love gothic themes I was very excited and she definitely did not dissappoint! Allana was so friendly and chatted away with me as she created her masterpiece. I absoultely loved the makeup and hair that she styled for each look, she is just a brilliant makeup artist. Rachel was so warm and friendly, we instantly clicked and she really made me feel at ease throughout the whole shoot. She was constantly running around making sure the lighting was just perfect and this dedication really paid of. The images she captured are utterly beautiful. The lighting and colours are incredible and she really nailed the gothic feel. Rachel also styled the shoot, bringing the most gorgeous wardrobe (many of the pieces I was tempted to purchase afterwards). This shoot was so much fun and both the girls were an amazing team to work with! I can't wait to work with them again!
